This article is focussing on packaging being misleading. The guidelines towards eating cereal recommend an amount which is half of what most people actually eat themselves. This is fooling people into believing what they are eating is better for them than it actually is. The only way to strictly follow the guidelines would be to actually weigh out the amount of cereal you are eating. I found this piece of information is quite interesting considering the companies are legally allowed to do this despite how misleading it is.
